1: REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
1-1 Registration: You can register for my trips and outings on my website by filling out the booking form. Your registration is final upon receipt of the completed, dated, and signed booking request and full payment of the trip or outing price.
1-2 In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, you do not have a right of withdrawal for the purchase of travel services.
1-3 Payment Terms: For any booking made more than 60 days before the departure date, Nature Xplore will collect a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost. For all stays or outings longer than one day, the remaining balance must be paid, without further notice from us, and received by Nature Xplore no later than 15 days before the departure date. Any delay in payment of a deposit and/or the balance will be considered a cancellation by you, in which case the cancellation fees outlined in Article 2-1 below regarding the right of withdrawal will apply. For any booking made less than 15 days before the departure date, you must pay the full trip cost. You can pay for your trip by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard only), cash, or PayPal (contact@naturexplore.fr). If the purchased trip is full and/or unavailable, Nature Xplore will proceed with the full refund of all sums paid, as soon as possible and without deduction of any sum as mentioned below in article 2-2 of the right of withdrawal.
1-4 For any payment whose amount is validated and collected by Nature Xplore, a registration confirmation will be sent to the person signing the registration form no later than 15 days after any collection.
1-5 Invoice: An invoice will be sent to you upon request, by email and within a maximum of 30 days from the last day of the trip or outing.
2-1 Cancellation by the traveler:
If you are obliged to cancel your trip before its start date (departure date), you must inform Nicolas Djerekian (Nature Xplore) in writing by any means that provides proof of receipt, as soon as the event giving rise to the cancellation occurs. The date of issue (postmark serving as proof) of the written notification will be considered the cancellation date for the purpose of calculating cancellation fees. In the event of cancellation of your trip, the following cancellation/termination fees will be charged:
– More than 60 days before departure: 35% of the total price of the trip
– From 60 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the trip
– From 20 to 14 days before departure: 60% of the total price of the trip
– From 13 to 7 days before departure: 70% of the total price of the trip
– From 6 days before departure: 100% of the total price of the trip
Nicolas Djerekian (Nature Xplore) reserves the right to cancel your booking without any refund if any equipment is missing, for reasons of safety and to ensure the smooth running of the hike. A list of necessary and essential equipment will be provided to you upon booking and via SMS. For example, shoes not suitable for snowshoeing.
2-2 Cancellation due to Nature Xplore
Cancellation due to insufficient number of participants (guided hike): We may exceptionally be forced to cancel a departure if the minimum number of participants required is not reached. You will be notified of this decision at the latest:
– 7 days before the start of the trip or stay lasting more than 1 day;
– 30 days before the start of the trip or stay lasting more than 2 days;
An alternative solution may be offered. If the proposed alternatives are not suitable, your payments will be fully refunded, without any further compensation. All expenses incurred by you remain your responsibility (purchase of tickets from the provinces to Paris, hotel, travel equipment).
